I served as a Technology Support Analyst at Deloitte, which maintained the vast infrastructure needed to keep the company running. I made sure my colleagues could stay as productive as possible by coming up with tools and procedures that minimized downtime.
I served as an educator for all new hires in the Northeast US, personally setting up on average 200 of their computers and ensuring everyone understood the resources they had available to them during onboarding.
